My stay at The Carlton Manor was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were spacious and I enjoyed the lovely breakfasts, the customer service left a lot to be desired, especially when dealing with the manager about our unexpected charges. Overall, the experience was marred by poor communication, but the ambiance and food were pretty great.
